Qualifications Stand for long periods of time Ability to work with cleaning chemicals Display a basic understanding of SOP's for sanitation processes Follow daily, weekly, and monthly programs in full. Follow GMP's, safety policies/practices at all times. Must be able to perform other related duties as assigned. Understanding of HACCP, SSOP and other regulatory programs as they relate to the food industry a plus. Work well with a team, be self-motivated and strong multitasking skills. Shift is 4:00 PM -12:30 AM.

Responsibilities
