Description JOB PURPOSE: To provide written instructions of the expectations, responsibilities, and skills that will be required in order to perform this position. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop read and understand all manuals and procedure books that pertain to your area Able to keep all others on task as well as labor hour control Monitors facility for pest and rodent activity and takes appropriate actions Maintain proper cleaning procedures Responsible for cleaning procedures for all equipment Communicates when to reorder Properly uses only approved chemicals and materials Actively looks for new ways to efficiently make equipment more food safe and easier to clean Requirements REQUIRED TRAININGS: Know the GMP’s and MSDS sheets Use of a knife Follow established personal safety procedures Be able to read and write English for effective communication and personal safety Uses compressed air safely JOB EXPECTATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Able to keep all others on task as well as labor hour control Maintains good communication and relationships with employees and other supervisors Expected to work 12 hour shifts or more when needed Expected to be able to walk around the entire work area with periods of standing Must be able to tolerate working on cement floor Must be able to work in a very warm environment during the Summer and a cool environment in the Winter Will be expected to work in a loud environment Must be able to hear the horn of the hi-lo
