JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SANITATION PM

Production Room-All items are rotated on a daily basis between the Meat Slicer, White Production Belts, PFM’s, & USDA Rooms #1 .

Meat Slicer

  • 1)Usage of water hose(dairy hose is heavy – needs to use both hands)
  • 2)Usage of hydrofoamer (full with chemical= 9lbs.)
  • 3)Scrubbing with a scratch pad(can be performed with one hand)
  • 4)Pushes all printers and computers into production room(must use both hands to push)

White Production Belts

  • 1)Usage of water hose(dairy hose is heavy – needs to use both hands)
  • 2)Usage of hydrofoamer (full with chemical=9lbs.)
  • 3)Scrubbing with scratch pad(can be performed with one hand)
  • 4)Lifting of the conveyor belts(must use both hands to lift, then one hand to hold conveyor up while rinsing with the other hand)

PFM’s

  • 1)Usage of air hose(can be performed with one hand)
  • 2)sanitizing with a rag(can be performed with one hand)

Miscellaneous

  • 1)All bread baskets pushed into the production room(must use both hands to push)
  • 2)All fish bins pushed into the production room(must use both hands to push)

USDA Room’s #1, #2, & #3, and the Put-Room

  • 1)Usage of water hose (dairy hose is heavy – needs to use both hands)
  • 2)Usage of hydrofoamer (full with chemical=9lbs.)
  • 3)Scrubbing with scratch pad(can be performed with one hand)
  • 4)Lifting of the brown conveyor belts(must use both hands to lift, then one hand to hold conveyor up while rinsing with the other hand)
  • 5)Lifting of the white metal detector belt(must use both hands to lift, then one hand to hold conveyor up while rinsing with the other hand)
  • 6)Using a squeegee(must use both hands)
