Sanitation Supervisor (Baltimore + Hanover, MD) Application Deadline: 7 January 2026 Department: IT Employment Type: Full Time Location: North County Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 / year Description The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for supporting our sanitation program and ensuring that all employees are compliant and that we are achieving the highest level of food safety possible. You are also responsible for improving our processes and addressing any problems that may arise. Key Responsibilities Maintain the sanitation program which includes SSOP’s, Master Cleaning Schedules, training, and all other documentation as needed. Perform regular audits of the sanitation processes and utilize audit findings to improve the process and implement change. Monitoring the preparation and use of cleaning chemicals. Chemical inventory. Implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities. Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School Diploma Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Works well independently and has strong time management skills. Follows written and verbal instructions. Positive attitude! 2-5 years in QA or sanitation role in food processing plant. Ability to achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of regulatory expectation and the Sanitation Performance Standards. Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
