Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor
Department: Quality
Reports to: Director of Quality and Regulatory
Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Schedule: Full Time (40 hours or more per week)
Shift: Day (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for supervising overall sanitation. They shall oversee all sanitation procedures and maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule. They are responsible for validating sanitation procedures and working closely with other members of the Food Safety Team to ensure food safety risks are managed effectively.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical training in sanitation required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years of experience in GMP/FDA regulated industry preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position frequently requires use of hands, hearing/listening, talking, standing, walking, and bending/stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling/squatting, reaching overhead, pulling/pushing, and lifting to 50 pounds.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
