Conifer Specialties, Inc. is a food manufacturing located in Woodinville, WA, producing and distributing consumer packaged products regionally and nationwide through several channels including club, retail, discount, and industrial co-manufacturers.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Sanitation Tech is responsible for the day-to-day strategic sanitation and overall cleanliness of our facility. They work with production to ensure equipment is maintained and operates according to food safety standards. They work closely with QA to support company environmental programs as well as to establish cleaning procedures that are accurate according to program/audit timelines. They may also work with our chemical vendor to maintain a chemical control plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Completes assigned sanitation needs using the Master Sanitation Schedule, which may include but is not limited to sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, scraping, emptying garbage, and checking and refurbishing supplies.
· Complete tasks as listed in the Master Sanitation Schedule: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually
· Ability to perform basic sanitation tasks like titrations and dilution ratios, as well as assembly and disassembly of equipment
· Maintain Sanitation Inventory List
· Complete records and submit them to their manager
· Communicate with their manager and employees as necessary to complete assigned tasks.
· Ability to be organized with workspace
· Ability to understand and follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
· Ability to work with chemicals maintaining safety precautions
· Other duties as assigned.
