Description

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal support, including advisory services, preparation of legal documents, and legal analysis, across areas defined by the Regional Director of Legal and Compliance. Ensure legal support of export activities (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries). Manage intragroup transactions and relations within Polpharma Group companies. Oversee legal aspects of distribution operations. Handle matters related to confidentiality and personal data protection. Develop, implement, and coordinate compliance programs, including sanctions and anti-corruption compliance, ethics, internal procedures, and sanctions screening. Participate in internal investigations and prepare actionable recommendations. Deliver employee training sessions and liaise with auditors. Requirements: Higher legal education. At least 3 years of experience in legal and compliance, preferably in an international environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage. Proven ability to handle internal investigations. Proficiency in English (fluent). Strong analytical mindset, responsibility, proactivity, and excellent communication skills. Customer orientation.
