JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Web Dynpro ABAP, Floor Plan Manager (FPM), and SAP HR/Payroll on R/3 systems, along with exposure to SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will design and implement custom SAP solutions that enhance HR operations, streamline payroll processes, and deliver modern user interfaces.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 6–8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, with strong focus on HR and Payroll.
· Proficiency in Web Dynpro ABAP and SAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
· Experience with SAP R/3 architecture, HR data structures, and payroll schemas.
· Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integration and configuration.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain custom ABAP applications for SAP HR and Payroll modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
· Design and implement Web Dynpro ABAP components and FPM floorplans (OVP, OIF, GAF).
· Create and manage feeder classes and configure UIBBs using the FLUID tool.
· Integrate SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll.
· Collaborate with functional HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Optimize and refactor legacy ABAP code for performance and maintainability.
· Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
· Provide post-implementation support and documentation.
