JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer who will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet complex business processes and application requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to contribute to key decisions across teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development with proven project experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP Fiori development and integration (expertise highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience in designing scalable, high-performance applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong decision-making skills with experience leading development teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience as a technical lead or SME in SAP development projects.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP development frameworks.
• Knowledge of emerging SAP technologies and tools.

• Design, develop, and configure applications to meet business and technical requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing solutions and making critical decisions for both the immediate team and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and guide the development team, ensuring best practices and technical standards are followed.
• Drive collaboration across multiple teams, contributing to solution architecture and key decision-making.
• Develop innovative SAP ABAP solutions to enhance system functionality and improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Fiori applications, enhancing user experience and usability.
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor team members on SAP development practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in SAP ABAP and Fiori development to drive continuous improvement.
