Experience contributing to business or technology transformation outcomes in consulting, professional services, or a complex in-house environment
Experience in one or more of the following: business process improvement, organisational change, operating model design, or transformation delivery
Exposure to technology-enabled transformation, systems improvement or rationalisation initiatives would be valuable, whether gained through consulting, professional services or an in-house role.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data using Excel or comparable analytical tools
Ability to structure a clear narrative and produce concise, executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint or comparable presentation tools
Experience in future-state process design and operating model development
Ability to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from colleagues, clients and unfamiliar business environments.
