JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant (6–8 years) with strong expertise in Web Dynpro ABAP, Floor Plan Manager (FPM), and SAP HR/Payroll on R/3 systems, with exposure to SuccessFactors. This role involves designing and implementing custom SAP solutions to improve HR operations, streamline payroll, and deliver modern user experiences.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–8 years of SAP ABAP development experience with focus on HR and Payroll.
• Hands-on expertise in Web Dynpro ABAP and SAP Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Good understanding of SAP R/3 architecture, HR structures, and payroll schemas.
• Exposure to SuccessFactors integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain custom ABAP applications for SAP HR and Payroll (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll).
• Design and implement Web Dynpro ABAP components and FPM floorplans (OVP, OIF, GAF).
• Build feeder classes and configure UIBBs using FLUID tool.
• Support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time Off, Payroll).
• Collaborate with HR functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Refactor and optimize ABAP code for performance.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide post-implementation support.
