REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–4 years of experience working with SAP Business ByDesign in a functional/administrative role.
• Solid understanding of at least one or more non-financial SAP ByD modules (e.g., SCM, CRM, HR, Project Management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.

• Act as the primary SAP Business ByDesign administrator for non-financial modules (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, CRM, HR, Project Management).
• Configure and support SAP ByDesign functional modules in accordance with business needs.
• Perform user management, role assignments, and data maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for system/process improvement.
• Assist in testing, training, and documentation of new features or enhancements.
• Resolve technical and functional issues related to daily operations.
• Liaise with SAP support as needed for issue resolution or system updates.
