We are searching for a SAP Analyst to join our team. The SAP Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Fender Europe SAP platform and configuration. This includes review/completion of blueprints and gap analysis, functional analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of further processing requirements and improvements. Provide ongoing support to users and creation of support documentation to cover the local Fender SD configuration and processes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field or position.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience implementing and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (ECC 6.0) including vendor processes.
  • Experience in at least one full, end-to-end SAP implementation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute multiple tasks and projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and analytical skills required.
  • Ability to work with non-technical end users in both a design and support role.
  • Ability to proactively collaborate with fellow IT team members, demonstrating respect, trust, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate issues and their solutions with managers, peers and users in the business, in-person, and in-remote settings as appropriate.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of European reporting requirements including VAT and Intrastat.
  • Experience of intercompany sales with multiple SAP companies covering multiple countries from central and local warehouses.
  • Detailed understanding of pricing configuration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Scheduling and delivery process.

    Desirable Skills/Knowledge

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Finance if less than 15 years industry experience.

  • Knowledge of interface mapping with legacy/3rd party applications.
  • ABAP Development

  • EDI IDoc knowledge.
  • SAP Script.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and deploy solutions covering all stages from order capture to cash collection.
  • Configuration of complex pricing and billing requirements.
  • Provide backup support for EMEA SD interface developments including, Dealer EDI, 3PL warehouse communications and external Customer Service systems.
  • Documentation of configuration, design and implementation elements, enabling ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
  • Deliver solutions that meet end-user needs and improve process efficiencies.
  • Prioritise projects to ensure the most valuable projects are completed on-time and increase operating income to the business.
  • Work with key business users to define objectives.
  • Develop and execute project plans.
  • Manage issue resolution.
  • Coordinate work across project members and teams.
  • Deliver results on time and on budget.
