SAP Analyst: Job Summary: The SAP Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems to meet business requirements. This role analyzes processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures efficient integration and performance of SAP modules across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP solutions. Configure, test, and maintain SAP modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) based on organizational needs. Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolutions to end-users. Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP system processes and configurations. Train and support users on SAP functionalities and updates. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within SAP systems. Stay current with SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to proactively recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience working with SAP modules as an analyst, administrator, or similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in SAP. Proficiency in SAP configuration and reporting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage. Preferred Skills: SAP certification in relevant modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SQL, ABAP, or relevant programming languages. Experience in project management or business process mapping.
