GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled (WFA) / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer to support enterprise-level data analytics and workforce planning initiatives. This role involves developing workforce reports, interactive dashboards, predictive models, and planning applications within WFA and SAC, while ensuring compliance with federal security and accessibility standards. The developer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors WFA.
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in reporting, planning, and visualization.
  • Background in data modeling and integration.
  • Proven expertise with predictive analytics and workforce planning models is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP HANA, SAP BW, Datasphere is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Skilled in SQL, scripting languages, APIs, and OData services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Knowledge of federal IT standards (FedRAMP, FIPS 140-2 encryption, Section 508).
  • Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module or 4+ years relevant experience

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills.
  • Ability to work across functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • SAP Certification in Analytics Cloud, Data Modeling, or Planning.
  • Experience in federal government or regulated industries.

    Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Report Development
  • Design and build workforce reports and visualizations in WFA.
  • Create advanced reports with custom filtering, sorting, and drilldowns for workforce reporting.
  • Dashboard Development
  • Assist with the design and build of interactive dashboards and visualizations in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to include custom filtering, sorting, drill-down, and real-time access.
  • Support the development of CMS-customized stories, dashboards, and analytics for workforce reporting and planning.
  • Predictive Analytics & Planning
  • Implement predictive models, workforce planning, and financial planning features within SAC.
  • Support advanced use cases such as succession planning, career development, and return-to-office analysis.
  • End-User Support & Training
  • Provide training, job aids, and documentation to ensure stakeholders can use WFA / SAC effectively.
  • Conduct solution validation workshops and walkthroughs with CMS/OHC stakeholders.
  • Support change management and system adoption initiatives.
  • Validation, Testing, and Compliance
  • Conduct validation and regression testing of software deliveries to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Run queries to ensure data integrity of data loads and consistency of data across various data sources.
  • Perform dashboard data refreshes and validate for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS/HHS Information Security, Privacy, Section 508 Accessibility, and FedRAMP requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of technical workbooks, solution designs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and migration templates.
