Roles & responsibilities Model Development & Optimization Build, configure, and maintain Anaplan models for FP&A, Sales, Marketing, HR, and SCM using best practices Design efficient data structures, lists, modules, and dashboards for scalability and performance Implement complex formulas, calculations, and workflows aligned with business requirements Optimize models for size, speed, and usability Solution Design & Delivery Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models for FP&A, Sales, Marketing, HR, and SCM Build, optimize, and maintain Anaplan models, dashboards, and workflows following best practices Integrate Anaplan with ERP systems and automate data flows for seamless planning Data Integration & Governance Set up and manage data imports/exports using Anaplan Connect, APIs, and ETL tools Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within models Maintain version control and follow governance standards for model changes Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations Testing & Hypercare Support Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Anaplan models to ensure accuracy, performance, and business alignment Provide hypercare support during and after deployment, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption Qualifications Educational qualifications Bachelor's degree / B.Tech / MBA / Postgraduate / Master's inSupply Chain / Operations Management The candidate must have 4-9 years of relevant experience in asimilar role, preferably with a consulting firm Mandatory technical & functional skills 3+ years of experience in Anaplan model building with at least 2end-to-end implementations Strong functional background including but not limited to inventory management, demand & supply planning, production planning and scheduling, warehouse management, logistics optimization and digital transformation in supply chain Design Anaplan Models: Create high-level architectural designs and configurations for Anaplan models and solutions, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and integrate effectively with other systems Lead and support end-to-end (E2E) Anaplan mode limplementations — from requirements gathering to design, build,testing, and deployment Demonstrate capability in building out dashboards and UX pageswhich includes setting up required filters/conditional formatting Past experience in making adjustments / updates to an existingmodel Potential hands-on experience with ADO/Workflow in Anaplan Good knowledge in optimizing performance of Anaplan Solution Key behavioral attributes/requirements Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Drive and commitment to deliver high quality service to the company's network Comfortable working in dynamic environments with changing priorities Positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Ability to build and maintain relationships within team and interact credibly with stakeholders Additional Details Work arrangement: Onsite - BGC or Makati office
