Baer is looking for SAP APO-PPDS Architect for a 4+ month remote project
Title: SAP APO-PPDS Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 4 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2

DESCRIPTION:

• Design and implement SAP APO-PPDS solutions to support production planning and detailed scheduling requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and SAP system configurations.
• Define and manage interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces across the SAP landscape.
• Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategies.
• Provide strategic direction and support for SAP development efforts and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define solution vision, business requirements, and project success criteria.
• Support integration of SAP APO-PPDS with other modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).
• Lead or support configuration and customization of core PPDS functionalities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO-PPDS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling)
• Strong configuration skills required
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and transition from APO to IBP (optional but desirable)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment
