SAP Application Support Analyst In this role, you will provide Level 1 support for our SAP applications, assisting users with issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring optimal system performance. Your focus will be in the Americas region (9 plants in the US, Mexico and Brazil). • Your expertise will help maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our SAP environment, enhancing user satisfaction and operational excellence. • You will need to collaborate with the team, bridging business requirements with technical skills. You'll determine when users need basic support versus when system modifications or enhancements are necessary.
