Our client is a leading company operating across various sectors — including automotive and agricultural machinery — with a presence in multiple countries. We are looking for a talented SAP Architect & TL (Abap) to join their IT Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in the ongoing digital transformation program, leveraging SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and others. You will lead the definition and validation of architecture, guide project approaches, and oversee the roadmap for future initiatives and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Actively participate in the digital transformation program, providing leadership in SAP architecture and project delivery. Identify opportunities for simplification and innovation in business processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA product roadmaps and SAP BTP solutions. Coordinate technical and functional architecture across the group’s SAP ecosystem, supporting project implementations in multiple countries. Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams, empowering them with new SAP technologies and methodologies. Align priorities and secure delivery of value in accordance with strategic objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field. 4+ years of experience in SAP systems (S/4HANA) within implementation consulting or product management. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC. Experience in ABAP 7.0, ABAP RAP, and SAP Fiori/UI5 extensions. Exposure to SAP BTP / Integration Suite is a plus. Proven experience leading organizational change in digital transformation initiatives. Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Strong focus on aligning technology with strategic business goals. Fluent in Portuguese; intermediate English (B1-B2) required.
