JOB DESCRIPTION:

The service provider should be providing end-to-end support of technical and functional aspects of SAP Ariba P2P
The resources should have good experience in integrating SAP Ariba with the Oracle ERP system.
Experience in data mapping of interfaces between SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP system.
Experience on error handling mechanism
End to end handling of manual files and automated files
Good understanding of PR, PO, Invoices and Receipts functionalities.
Responsible for proactive support and maintenance of SAP Ariba P2P
Provide technical support for applications, interfaces and IT processes during the normal working hours as well as events.
Ensures that all documentation is proactively updated to reflect current systems and processes.
Provide expertise on Integration of Ariba solutions with Oracle applications
Provide expertise in Integration Tool Kit (ITK) middleware
ITK application maintenance, updates, patches and fixes
Provide expertise in middleware technologies, SOAP Web Services and SOA architecture
Managing all technical requirements/issues during the support phase
Maintaining the ARIBA integration solution architecture
Ensuring compliance with ADIBs IT & Security processes and policies
Creation of technical specification documents
Facilitate integration testing
Integration job monitoring, status reporting and communications
Managing the technical issue list, weekly reports and communications
Ariba application issue resolution
Changes configured to Delegation of Authority Matrix for workflow Approval
Running reports
Support for regular upgrades from SAP Ariba. Support will be provided in coordination with SAP Ariba and customer teams, unit testing of the solution.
Technical configurations changes
Expertise on SAP Ariba P2P cloud
Expertise on SAP Ariba ITK tool
Good experience on Unix shell scripts
Good experience on integration with Oracle ERP system
Experience in Security will be plus
Experience in SOA architecture and SOAP Web Services
Engineering or masters degree in IT
Worked on at least 4 to 5 implementations
