Role: SAP ARIBA Solution Architect
Location: Redmond, WA- Onsite

Job Description:
In-depth knowledge of Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Procurement, and Invoice Management).
Hands-on experience with Ariba Network and its integration with SAP and non-SAP ERP systems.
Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience in designing and optimizing workflows and user experiences.
Proficiency in integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CIG, API-based integration).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for upstream procurement processes.
Design solutions leveraging Ariba’s upstream, Downstream and SCC modules to optimize sourcing to Pay process.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Ariba solutions during client workshops.
Ensure seamless integration between Ariba modules and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Guide the implementation of best practices for Ariba Solutions
Gather and document business needs related to sourcing, contracts, and spend analysis.
Perform gap analysis between client requirements and standard Ariba functionality.
Lead the deployment of Guided Buying for improved user experience in procurement.
Act as a liaison between procurement teams and technical teams for Ariba downstream workflows.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies in invoice and payment processing.
Define a scalable and flexible architecture for upstream processes.
Configure modules Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, B&I and SCC based on client requirements.
Work with middleware teams to ensure proper integration with SAP or non-SAP systems.
