Description
Overview To manage and control shift wise require materials demand within the manufacturing environment in such a way that it drives quantity, quality and productivity. Responsibilities • Operate, monitor and control RM / PM inventory and safe receipt towards RP3 warehouse for production and interrupted supply to machines. • Assess storage of RM / PM at shop floor and arrange on time from material warehouse for smooth production. • Ensure RM / PM stock movement is based on authorized documents e.g., requisition book or material transfer Notes, etc. • Ensure quantity of RM / PM at the time of receiving physically and in SAP. • Ensure update of manual production in SAP with no delay in the shift. • Ensure any return of RM / PM from RP3 or receipt of RM / PM from RP1 are updated on shift basis in SAP and Excel file mentioning date of transfer, quantity and requisition serial# by authorized documents. • Assist SAP / Barcode Lead- MU in stock count and reconciliation of stocks ShiftWise and regularly report about access or short materials at shop floor on immediate basis • Maintain & report on daily basis about all RM / PM stock which is placed on shop floor. • Ensure all manual production is back fleshing on shift basis (if any) and tally with barcode system or report and close all batches in SAP. • Proper maintenance of equipment (all hand lifters, films trollies, records, 5S) and follow-up with relevant functions, if required. • Conduct daily / weekly / monthly stock count & report to Lead. • Ensure no variance in shift-wise production, receipt and transfer. • Motivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce. • Ensure 100% accurate infeed production through ASRS. • Ensure accurate production plan in barcode system. • Ensure no variance between scanned production and transfer to FG warehouse on shift and daily basis. • Update scanning status on hourly basis to on duty FLM • Ensure GMP in tapping area. • Co-ordinate with SAP operator for maintenance of lifter, when required. • Apart from the above, employee is expected to perform other accountabilities, time to time assigned by the manager. Qualifications • Minimum F.A/ F.Sc. or lower qualification with experience
