Deine Aufgaben

• Erstellung, Pflege und Überprüfung von Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien
• Technologische Beratung rund um die SAP-Landschaft und Entwicklung von Lösungsszenarien, z. B. für Änderungen oder Schnittstellen
• Planung und Durchführung von Tests bei SAP-Releasewechseln sowie bei Änderungen an Schnittstellen
• Unterstützung von Anwendern, Zusammenarbeit mit SAP-Fachbereichen und Entwicklern sowie Verantwortung für die SAP-Benutzerverwaltung
• Koordination mit dem Hostingpartner, inkl. Anforderungsabstimmung und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Systembetriebs (Monitoring, Patchmanagement, Batchsteuerung)
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Services sowie Steuerung und Überwachung des Hostingpartners inklusive Kontrolle der SLA
• Mitarbeit in unternehmensweiten SAP-Projekten

• IT Expert : You will develop a deep understanding of our SAP system landscape and your tasks, such as monitoring, transport, lifecycle, user and role management, and client management. You will have a good overview of the modules used, enabling you to understand dependencies and optimally operate and further develop the SAP Basis.
• SAP Security : Planning, implementation and monitoring of security measures
• Support : A competent contact person in support and assurance that technical problems are solved quickly and professionally.
• Process Optimizer : They analyze requests, find solutions, and ensure we become even faster and better. They are particularly involved in preparing for and implementing the upcoming migration to S/4HANA.
• Team player: You work hand in hand with your colleagues to continuously improve the service for everyone involved.
• Project Supporter:  You are part of exciting IT projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• Service provider management : Close collaboration with service providers for troubleshooting, implementation of enhancements and project execution, as well as coordination of collaboration to ensure smooth integration and alignment.
