Your Role

  • As an onsite BASIS lead, handling the project management activities for the SAP projects, identifying potential projects, discussions, requirement analysis, handling escalations, managing the end-to-end support of SAP technical operations
  • SAP HANA Administration which includes HANA Version Upgrade, SP & Revision Upgrade
  • Monitoring, Performance tuning, analyzing log files & troubleshooting issues on NW AS ABAP & JAVA
  • Perform Support pack & EHP upgrades for various SAP Products including SOLMAN
  • Ensure periodic activities are completed on time
  • Perform SAP Kernel Upgrade, Host Agent, JAVA Patch Upgrades, System Refresh & other Basis related activities
  • Administration of Backup, restore and other clean-up activities
  • Handling incidents, bugs, tasks, change requests for SAP BASIS issues in JIRA & SERVICENOW Ticketing Tool
  • Ensure tickets are being closed within SLA
  • Prepare RCA for all P1 & P2 Incidents and submit within the SLA
