JOB REQUIREMENTSTECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP, with 3+ years specifically in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the BRIM components:
- SAP BRIM - deep expertise in SAP BRIM modules and a strong understanding of telecom-specific business models.
- Implement and configure SAP BRIM components (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA) to support telecom billing and revenue processes.
- Design solutions for complex pricing models, usage aggregation, and convergent charging.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize monetization strategies for digital services.
- Integrate BRIM with CRM, mediation systems, and network usage platforms.
Working knowledge of pricing models, mediation, rating, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle management.
- Experience with custom development, configuration, and enhancement of BRIM processes.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP PO/PI, CPI, or third-party connectors.
FUNCTIONAL & DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE:
- Strong understanding of telecom, utilities, or media billing processes is an asset.
- Capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to perform end-to-end solution design, gap analysis, and system configuration.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a strong asset).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP BRIM certification is a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Preference for candidates currently based in Montreal or willing to relocate.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months
Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
