POSITION OVERVIEW :-

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SAP BPC Consultant with over 9 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) across various domains, including both standard and embedded models. This role requires a deep understanding of BPC for Capex, R&D, statutory reporting, intercompany reporting, headcount planning, and transfer pricing, as well as proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Over 9 years of relevant experience in SAP BPC implementation and management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP BPC (both standard and embedded) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Certifications: SAP BPC certification is highly desirable.

• BPC Management: Lead the implementation and management of SAP BPC solutions, utilizing both standard and embedded versions to meet organizational needs.
• Capex Planning: Develop and manage capital expenditure planning processes using standard BPC functionalities.
• R&D Planning: Implement and optimize BPC solutions for research and development planning, encompassing both standard and embedded models.
• Global Statutory Reporting: Oversee global statutory reporting requirements using standard BPC to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• US Statutory Reporting: Manage US-specific statutory reporting, leveraging both standard and embedded BPC models.
• Intercompany Reporting: Facilitate accurate and efficient intercompany reporting processes using standard BPC solutions.
• Headcount Planning: Implement and maintain headcount planning solutions within the standard BPC framework.
• Transfer Pricing: Manage BPC for WECT transfer pricing, ensuring standard practices are followed.
• Advanced Planning: Utilize embedded BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced planning and reporting across various organizational areas.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members, ensuring they can effectively use BPC solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay updated with the latest SAP BPC technologies and best practices.
