SUMMARY
The SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is a technology platform that brings together data and analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, automation, and integration in one, unified environment. BTP is one of the highest profile and fastest growing parts of the SAP portfolio and critical to SAP helping our customers innovate and grow with SAP. In EMEA alone BTP represents a 1BN Euro business supporting > 8,000 customers. Aside from being the foundation for SAP applications it provides a modern platform of cloud capabilities to enables customers to extend, enhance and innovate above and beyond their existing applications.
The focus of this position is to join the BTP Customer Success Manager (CSM) team and become the trusted advisor to some of our flagship EMEA customers, helping them drive a roadmap for BTP adoption and consumption across their organization.
