Our culture? Dare to innovate and create. Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join a challenging international environment. You will act as a key interface between business teams (Finance & Procurement) and IT, contributing to the design, implementation, and rollout of SAP solutions. This role requires a strong combination of functional expertise, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management, within complex and large-scale projects. Your Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from Finance and Procurement stakeholders Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SAP solutions Ensure consistency and alignment of solutions across end-to-end business processes (P2P, FI) Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external partners/vendors Support and follow up on solution delivery and implementation phases Contribute to testing activities (UAT, validation) and ensure solution quality Support change management and user adoption (training, documentation, workshops) Participate in project governance and Agile ceremonies (backlog, workshops, etc.) Qualifications 5+ years’ experience as SAP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Strong expertise in: SAP Finance (FI) Procure-to-Pay processes (P2P: PO, GR, IV) Proven experience in: Requirement gathering & functional specification writing Stakeholder management (business & IT) Ability to understand financial flows, postings, and reporting impacts Experience in international / multi-entity environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (mandatory), German / French is an asset If you enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT, driving impactful SAP solutions, and supporting large-scale transformations, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in a challenging and international context.
