JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the SAP Functional Supervisor, the SAP Business Analyst helps identify business needs, design solutions, and validate their implementation to deliver the required improvements. They also contribute to daily support activities for super users to ensure optimal use of the SAP system.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of processes related to your specialization (MM, PP, PM, QM)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management (preferred) or other relevant education
  • Solid command of ABAP, Batch-Input, IDOC, RFC, OSS Notes, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Business acumen and analytical ability to optimize processes

Responsibilities
  • Improve operational processes for the module under your responsibility
  • Analyze and document business rules and requirements for enhancements or changes
  • Configure, validate, and test new features in development and quality environments
  • Follow up with stakeholders involved in projects and development
  • Ensure the delivery of quality outputs within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Support super users and respond to application support requests
  • Participate in user training and updating training materials
