JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a well-rounded Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP business processes and enterprise IT implementations. The successful candidate will support the full project lifecycle for complex IT initiatives, including SAP deployments and integrations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and a deep understanding of both business needs and technology solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with SAP implementation experience in a comparable industry preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Experience delivering projects with Agile or Product-Oriented Delivery Models.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, data/system migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives is an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and DevOps.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

• CBAP, CCBA, or SAP-specific Business Analysis certifications
• Agile certifications, such as CSM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for IT systems and SAP solutions.
• Support all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Participate in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall project environments.
• Facilitate effective communication between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Contribute to project planning and tracking by developing and maintaining project schedules and deliverable timelines.
• Assist in the development of business cases to support project funding and gate approvals.
• Conduct risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and help define mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends in business analysis, IT project delivery, and SAP technologies.
• Use Microsoft DevOps and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) to manage documentation and deliverables.
