Rush Administrative Services Inc. DBA Rush Enterprises Inc has an opening in New Braunfels, TX) SAP Business Analyst: Under supervision, serves as a subject matter expert associated with the content, processes and procedures relating to SAP software. Applies functional knowledge to the design and customization of workflow systems that provide seamless integration for client / server applications. Write functional requirements, develops test plans and works to resolve production issues.
Work independently within IT project teams and be responsible for eliciting requirements from stakeholders, analyze the requirements, document them in User Story or Business Requirements Documentation and Acceptance Criteria Format. Work closely with technical staff to ensure requirements are understood and delivered to the business. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use case scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Under supervision, communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze needs and requirements. Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition, management systems and methodologies required. Drive and challenge business units on assumptions of how to successfully execute plans. Work with guidance to define an approach or plan appropriate to the request or project.
Under supervision, work with the business to define scope or priority as well as negotiate changes. Write functional requirements, develops test plans and works to resolve production issues. Requires 4 years of experience in the job offered or related. 4 years must include experience with (1) SAP SD functional area and (2) SAP SD module.
