Job Description Good Reporting and Data Visualization experience using SAP Business Objects Tools (Web Intelligence, SAP Analysis for office, Crystal Report for Enterprise and other BO tools) Good in SAP Business Objects Admin topics (Server knowledge, User management, Housekeeping and Maintenance, upgrade planning and testing) General understanding of data analytics concepts and technologies (focus on SAP) Initial experience with SAP Business Objects technology and overall understanding of the platform (Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office, and Crystal Reports) Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and document findings Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – team player Knowledge of common database technologies (Oracle, MS SQL, Hadoop, Databricks, etc.) Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction – customer-first mentality Secondary skills: Have knowledge in SAP BW/BEx query Designer OR in dimensional data modeling, Star Schema modeling, fact and dimensional table design, physical and logical data modeling Have knowledge or working experience in Java script, HTML and CSS, and relevant open source libraries Understanding of basic UX concepts and creativity in dashboard design principles Have Knowledge in Writing or understanding SQL Awareness of agile/iterative approaches Qualifications B.E / B.
