Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking a technical specialist with European business experience to join our ERP team, focusing on process improvements and automation for our partner network using SAP Business One. Supporting internal SAP Business One implementations and integrations for our European partner network, this role will assist the senior implementation consultant in technical aspects of partner onboarding, system configuration, and integration projects. The ideal candidate will help enhance existing systems, provide technical support across multiple European partners, and help prepare and validate technical solutions before final implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive process improvements and automation for our European partners:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Develop and test automation solutions
  • Configure and test integration scenarios
  • Document and implement best practices
  • Support implementation projects for our European partners by:
  • Creating and configuring test databases for new implementations
  • Preparing initial system configurations based on requirements
  • Conducting simulation and test scenarios
  • Documenting configuration settings and test results
  • Assisting with user training materials preparation
  • Provide technical support (up to 3rd level):
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues
  • Support integration-related challenges
  • Assist with database and performance issues
  • Help resolve user-reported technical problems
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations:
  • Monitor and optimize e-commerce integrations
  • Test and validate integration framework (B1if) scenarios
  • Support Service Layer integrations
  • Document technical configurations
  • Assist with technical tasks such as:
  • Database copies and refreshes
  • Test system maintenance
  • Basic performance monitoring
  • Version upgrade testing
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Support the senior implementation consultant in partner onboarding processes
  • Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions
