SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION:

Our team is driven by the success of our customers! The focus of this position is to help our clients successfully adopt, consume and renew their investment in SAP Business Technology Platform, including solutions for App Dev and Integration, Data and Analytics, Automation and AI. BTP CSP’s work with the most cutting-edge and innovative SAP solutions and supports SAP’s most strategic SAP BTP customers.
Our Customer Success Partners (CSP)’s are responsible for the day-to-day customer engagement from signature onwards. In this position, you will drive the experience of your customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.
In this role, you would drive value realization for our customers. You will proactively engage customers post-sale to ensure they get maximum value from their Business Technology Platform investment. You will be the technical trusted advisor “Cloud Solution Architect” through providing “To-Be” State Architecture workshops, best practices, VIP webinars, and driving Re-platforming discussions with Customers. You have a focus on maintaining retention as you will manage the customer renewal process including full execution of the entire opportunity-to-win cycle (including CRM, pricing, rev rec, legal, forecasting, etc.). You’ll use your relationship building skills to build a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts such as Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, Partners, etc.

EXPERIENCE / ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

You have technical Cloud Architecture experience and can guide customers from technical hands-on level to architecture, to strategy as full-stack experts. You have advanced experience with the Business Technology Platform, preferably across multiple domains. You can understand, explain, and draft Cloud Architectures.

You will excel in this role if you:

  • Have hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform across multiple practice areas (Data and Analytics, App Dev and Automation, Integration, Artificial Intelligence/Intelligent Technologies)
  • Have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
  • Are willing to travel (up to 30% travel) and the ability to adapt to the unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Development Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Preferred Care, Consulting, etc.
  • Have working knowledge in the SAP Cloud Portfolio, including Cloud ERP, HCM, ISBN, CX.
  • Have working knowledge of similar types of Hyperscaler PaaS Solutions (e.g. MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Understand cloud commercial topics, including Current Cloud Backlog, cloud contracts and renewal management.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (hands-on preferred)
