Are you familiar with SAP BW or BW/4HANA and ready to take the next step – towards cloud data platforms like SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud? Then join our team and support our clients in the further development and migration of their analytics landscape, from classic BW architectures to modern SAP data platforms.

Your tasks

• You will contribute to the design and implementation of solution architectures for SAP data platforms – with a focus on SAP BW/4HANA and, in the future, SAP Datasphere / SAP Analytics Cloud.
• You will support migration projects, such as from SAP BW on HANA to SAP Datasphere or from SAP BW to BW/4HANA, and accompany our customers on their journey into the future of SAP data architecture.
• You gather technical requirements together with customers and specialist departments, coordinate these, and contribute to technical concepts.
• You implement data models and data flows in the SAP BW environment and, with growing experience, increasingly take on responsibility for related topics such as cloud integration and the connection of third-party systems.
• Depending on your level of experience, you will professionally manage development teams and take on sub-project responsibility.
• You will participate in workshops and customer meetings – with increasing responsibility and space for your own professional and personal development.

This is what you bring with you

• Several years of experience (approx. 3 years or more) in the development and/or architecture of solutions based on SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA.
• A good understanding of data modeling, data flows, and reporting in the SAP environment.
• Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp of concepts and enjoyment of working with customers and specialist departments.
• Consultant mentality: You are a strong communicator, team-oriented, and want to actively shape things.
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.

Advantageous, but not a disqualifying factor:

• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Initial contact with cloud/hyperscaler technologies such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of ABAP CDS Views, AMDP or SQL.
• Experience with project management methods (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
• Initial experience in a solution architect role or a clear desire to develop in this direction.
