The Q2C Sales Sr. Professional is expected to provide expert-level functional support, enhancement delivery, and system sustainability for SAP S/4HANA Quote-to-Cash (SD), FSM, S/4 Service, and GTS solutions. Career Path Please specify from Senior level on: No allocation because below Senior level Expert career Project Management career Line Management career Tasks* 1) Main tasks: Responsible for application support in the areas of SAP S4 SD (Order-to-Cash), FSM, S4 Service, and GTS Responsible for requirement review and solution assessment with the SAP CoE team Responsible for functional design, development, system configurations, testing, key user training, user acceptance test support, cutover execution, hypercare support for ongoing enhancement requests and projects Contribute as ITS team member the responsible project deliverables in the Esphora ERP transformation program 2) Secondary tasks:  Provide cross functional support to related domains such as MM and FICO when relevant. ‑functional support to related domains such as MM and FICO when relevant.  Support process documentation, SOP development, and internal knowledge transfer.  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.‑cause analysis. 3) Miscellaneous tasks:  Perform special project tasks or analytical deep dives upon request.  Overseas travel may occasionally be required Key Performance Indicators Stabilization KPIs (incident resolution time, defect leakage, application uptime) • Enhancement delivery milestones and quality • UAT success rates • Training completion and user adoption metrics • Contribution to ERP transformation deliverables Qualifications, experience, know-how and skills critical for success* 1) Required training and education: University degree with Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business/Finance or Engineering SAP certified associate or above in the area of SAP SD or FSM or S4 Service or GTS 2) Required professional experience (in years): 7 years of functional hands-on experience in working with SAP S4 HANA specializing in SAP SD as functional consultant or in-house IT expert 3 years of functional hands-on experience in working with SAP S4 FSM/S4 Service/GTS and integration with SAP S4 as functional consultant or in-house IT expert Experience working with MM, FICO domains would be an asset Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and business metrics 3) Important personal qualities: Strong analytical and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • High ownership, structured working style, ability to work independently • Collaborative mindset for global, cross functional environments‑functional environments 4) Other specialized knowledge: a) Technical knowledge • SAP S/4HANA SD / FSM / S4 Service / GTS configuration • SAP S/4 ABAP debugging / specification writing • Understanding of integrated Q2C business processes with other process areas b) Languages c) IT skills SAP S4 SD/FSM/S4 Service/GTS system configurations SAP S4 ABAP development Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent problem diagnostic and analysis skills Fluent in English; other foreign languages would be a plus d) Product knowledge Order to Cash processes, service management, global trade system‑to‑Cash processes, service management, global trade system 5 ) Special personal requirements: Ability to work flexibly across time zones during cutovers or project milestones Our Work Experience is the combination of everything that's unique about us: our culture, our core values, our company meetings, our commitment to sustainability, our recognition programs, but most importantly, it's our people.
