Are you an expert in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with deep experience in large SAP implementations? Our client seeks a highly skilled SAP Change Management Consultant to support a major business transformation initiative centred on SAP S/4HANA. You will play a critical role in helping teams and stakeholders adapt to future-state processes and technology, ensuring successful change adoption across multiple SAP modules, including Finance, Grants Management, Asset Accounting, and more.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end change initiatives and directly influence the success of a city-wide transformation program.

The SAP Change Management consultant is required as the project continues through the remaining phases as well as for post Go-Live support. The resource will:

3. Change Impact Assessment and Mitigation Strategies.
4. Change Execution Plan / Change Transformation Roadmap.
5. Stakeholder Assessment.
6. Communication strategy and plan.
7. Skills gap analysis.
8. Training Plan and Delivery.
9. Options documents to support decision-making by project leadership.
10. Key decision documents.
11. Other analyses and reports for Management as needed.
12. Input for training and sustainment model; and
13. Documentation of issues and risks.
