Description

The Consulting family forms part of the Business/Function Consulting track within the IT function. In Business Analysis Analyst IV, you will gain a broad understanding of the existing systems, inter relationships and business processes so you will have a reasonably clear understanding of the current state. You'll become familiar with their team and stakeholders and participate in individual and small team projects to apply basic skills while developing specialized skills in area of expertise. You'll initialize relationships with business and IT and apply practical knowledge learned through previous experiences. Reporting to SAP CoE Operations P2P Lead. Responsibilities You will rapidly assimilate assigned business area's products and processes You'll Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes You'll understand of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes Good technical knowledge and to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business Familiarize with software development and release methodologies utilized for business applications within assigned business area Build business relationships with individual business and technical team members within assigned department Networks with other PPG Analysts to understand how IT solutions are deployed in other areas to solve business problems Qualifications A four year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience 2 years of IT or a related discipline experience Analytical and conceptual skills Clear and articulate communication, both written and verbal, including technical writing Must have a strong systems and process orientation Must be comfortable working remotely using virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers About us: PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™ Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
