Title: SAP Commercial Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Additional locations may include Clayton, MO
Salary: $115,000 - $170,000
Schedule: Flexible schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Focus: The SAP Commercial Manager is responsible for the support, development, and enhancement of Olin’s Global set of enterprise solutions. The position requires detailed process knowledge across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and underlying reports. The position also requires extensive experience of the integration between Sales/Distribution, Finance, and Logistics within SAP, Salesforce, reporting platform and other third-party applications.

SAP COMMERCIAL MANAGER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree*; Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline preferred
• 10 years’ experience working in the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, including project implementations and supporting operations with advanced understanding of the integration points of SAP Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Materials Management modules including Salesforce
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
• Experience with order to cash process integration across finance, logistics, and global trade; Strong understanding of Order Management processes, including reporting and analytics
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, attention to detail, analytical and solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive results; Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Chemicals industry experience preferred
• Experience with one or more of the following systems preferred: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), FIORI, ServiceNow, Tosca, AI, SAP Settlement Management, and OneSource

• Lead SAP application design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and support for the current SAP S/4HANA environment; responsible for Salesforce capabilities deployment
• Subject matter expert for SAP SD business processes such as Quote to Order, Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Rebates, Master Data, and more
• Manage integration points between Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance & Controlling (FICO), Logistics (SD or Transportation Management)
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements, leveraging SAP’s SAP “what’s new” capabilities
• Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases of project(s)
• Act as a liaison between the business functions from analyst to VP level, other IT specialists and technical team members
• Support the current S/4HANA and participate in projects as needed, including upgrades, migration, solution redesign, etc.
• Manage SAP Commercial team including direct reports
