Description

Work with SAP Concur support for troubleshooting and issue escalation. Support CRM-related business processes, including opportunity tracking, lead management, and user provisioning. Collaborate with Salesforce admins/developers to manage data flow and visibility between Salesforce and other business tools. Create or update custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce for stakeholders. Assist with data imports/exports, deduplication, and user management. Required Skills: 2-4+ years of experience with SAP Concur (configuration, support, and reporting). Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud or Experience Cloud). Experience in supporting integrations between systems (e.g., Concur SAP). Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and report generation. 2. Flexibility to learn basics of Salesforce is required. 3. Flexible to work in shifts and in a project 24X7 model.
