We are group of 20 multicultural individuals with more than 9 different nationalities. Last year, we onboarded from our Prague office customers located on different markets such as France, Nordics, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, South Africa and provided them excellence in customer service delivery.

We are looking for passionate individuals whose responsibility will be to welcome our new SAP Concur customers and start building the relationship with them after the sales cycle. You will initiate the implementation process and prepare them for their SAP Concur implementation.
When our clients are implemented with our services you will serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolio, coordinating internal teams to deal with client´s escalations and requests. You will also be working in a team providing ongoing guidance and best practice advice to a portfolio of more than 300 clients from all around the world. No routine guaranteed!
