  This role offers a combination of technical tasks, consulting, and project management. As a Technical Consultant, you will join the SAP Concur implementation team and work with assigned customers and partners on various projects during a typical implementation period of 3 to 5 months. You will help colleagues and consult customers on integrating SAP Concur with SAP or non-SAP systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional experience in IT, consulting, or client-facing roles such as support or application management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting and consulting on technical topics.
• Proficiency in time management and self-directed scheduling.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of SAP (e.g., PI/PO, FI, CO, HCM modules) or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience with integration technologies like FTP, PGP, Web Services, and working with flat files is highly desirable.
• Understanding of credit card implementation and configuration for business systems is a bonus.

• Become an SAP Concur expert, gaining a deep understanding of the system.
• Share your technical knowledge with customers and present the technical aspects of SAP Concur implementations.
• Perform the technical setup of SAP Concur systems.
• Advise customers on integration best practices for SAP Concur with SAP or non-SAP systems, using Flat files, Web Services, SAP Native integration, BTP and more.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation.
• Communicate remotely and occasionally face-to-face with customers and partners.
• Support our Implementation Partners via the Partner Services Desk (PSD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and system adoption.
