Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior SAP SD & PS Lead Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Project System (PS), and SD–PS integration. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex Project-to-Cash / project-based Order-to-Cash processes within large-scale SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver SAP SD and PS solutions across global and local business requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead SAP S/4HANA SD Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Template workshops.
• Assess global templates against local business requirements.
• Identify functional gaps, configuration requirements, and localization needs.
• Provide functional leadership across the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.
• Configure and support:
• Sales orders
• Pricing
• Deliveries and logistics
• Billing
• Returns and credit management
• Intercompany sales
• Contract-based billing
• Project-related billing
• Milestone and progress billing

• SAP Project System (PS)Provide strong hands-on SAP PS functional expertise.
• Configure and support Project Definitions, WBS structures, networks, activities, and project financial processes.
• Design and support integration between SD and PS.
• Link customer contracts and sales orders with WBS/project structures.
• Support project-related sales orders and project-specific pricing.
• Design and support milestone billing and Project-to-Cash processes.
• Support project accounting, settlement, and integration with FI/CO.

SD–PS / Project-to-Cash IntegrationSupport end-to-end processes including:

• Project Creation → WBS → Sales Order → Procurement/Production → Delivery → Billing → Accounting → Project SettlementEnsure seamless integration between SD, PS, FI/CO, MM, PP, and Logistics.
• Support end-to-end integration testing and defect resolution.
• Work with business stakeholders to optimize project-based sales and billing processes.

• Required Qualifications15+ years of SAP SD experience.
• 7+ years of North American SAP consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP PS configuration and implementation experience.
• Proven experience with SD–PS integration.
• Strong Project-to-Cash / project-based OTC experience.
• Strong SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA SD/PS experience.
• Experience with at least one large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout.
• Proven Global Template / Fit-to-Template rollout experience.
• Strong experience with complex pricing, contractual billing, milestone billing, and project-related billing.
• Strong understanding of SD integration with FI/CO, MM, PS, PP, and Logistics.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Experience working with global and local business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of global e-invoicing and electronic document compliance.
• Experience supporting multiple countries/localizations.
• SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) or equivalent e-invoicing experience preferred.
• RISE with SAP / S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition experience preferred.
