What we’re looking for in an SAP consultant at Elixirr…

The ability to demonstrate the understanding of:

• End-to-end processes from industry experience and/or SAP S4 / HANA functional design experience (e.g., Quote to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Forecast to Delivery, Acquire to Retire)
• the functionality of SAP in your area(s) of expertise and the various business use cases that the functionality solves for, plus the touchpoints to other processes
• the data that “lives” within the process(es) and key KPIs that support process effectiveness / efficiency
• the organisational design options and trade-offs to enable the processes to work seamlessly
• prior experience within large, complex organisations (such as manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma, energy)

Key requirements:

• Experience in SAP implementations involving multiple entities and countries - preferably Finance modules
• Workshop facilitation - preferably experience in process-based requirements gathering
• Senior stakeholder management
• Ability to travel within the EU
