SAP CONSULTANT FOR SUPPORT

We are looking for a SAP Support Consultant to join our support team in Wrocław. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers’ organizations. We value flexibility and willingness to learn. Responsibilities and tasks

• 1st and 2nd level support for SAP users in various countries (ticket based)
• Ongoing monitoring of interfaces
• Performing detailed problem analysis to identify issues and develop solution proposals
• Maintaining customer relationships related to support topics, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Regular data analysis and reporting on tickets
• Working closely with the team, collaborating effectively to solve issues, share knowledge, and contribute to achieving team goals

Your profile

• Elementary knowledge of logistics processes in SAP SD and/or SAP MM
• Fluent English & Polish
• Basic proficiency in German
• An open mind focused on excellent customer service
• Open to learn new modules and processes, readiness to broaden knowledge and go deep into details within our solutions
• High-level communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Flexibility and adaptation to changing project requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with MS Office
• Nice to have:
• Experience in logistics
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian
• Experience in support department
