QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 12+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years as a BASIS Architect with proven experience in at least one full S/4HANA implementation or migration and deep experience in SAP BASIS and cross functional processes.
• Experience and practical implementation of upgrades, migration, integrations, administration of HANA Database and strong understanding of SAP’s technical landscape ((ABAP, BASIS, HANA, BTP).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, S/4 HANA Public cloud, GRC, BTP Services and other modern ERP systems.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate professionally with multiple stakeholders and business units, verbal and written, customer service focused, able to engage with end users at all levels of the organisation
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent, SAP certifications (optional but beneficial).

• System Design, Implementation and maintain the end-to-end SAP architecture roadmap in alignment with business and IT strategies, define technical standards and governance frameworks for SAP systems.
• Planning and executing system upgrades, migrations SAP implementations, work closely with SAP functional, business stakeholders, infrastructure and external partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Perform integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs), stay up-to-date with SAP innovations (Fiori, BTP, SAC, AI/ML capabilities, Datasphere) and drive adoption where beneficial.
• Deploying and integrating SAAS Services with on-premises and vice versa along with S/4 HANA public cloud.
• Participate in architecture review boards, change control, and system audits, ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• HANA Database Administration, auditing, HA/DR, solution design for integrating with cloud solution for data replication and reporting.
