ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relatable field – IT, Computer Science etc
• Experienced in SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, or other relevant SAP modules
• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Lead end-to-end SAP project implementation, migration, and upgrades (e.g., S/4HANA transformation).
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, HR) with existing IT systems.
• Oversee deployment, testing, and optimization of SAP solutions to align with business needs
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with business requirements.
• Manage the full SAP project lifecycle, including budget control, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes using SAP functionalities.
• Develop SAP best practices and process improvements for finance, supply chain, and manufacturing workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to design and configure SAP modules for optimal business operations
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support SAP rollouts and upgrades.
• Design and deliver SAP training programs for end-users to enhance adoption and utilisation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues and troubleshooting.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation and consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, or other relevant SAP modules.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, or steel plant industries, ideally with experience in procurement of scrap and alloys.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align SAP solutions with business needs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP Consultant to oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of SAP modules across the organisation. This role involves leading end-to-end SAP solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning technology with business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP modules (such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM), expertise in system integration, and project management abilities to ensure the successful execution of business processes within the SAP environment.
