Standard cockpit processing includes mapping, simulation/validation and migration.AR Open Item MigrationPrepare, validate, load, and reconcile customer open items. SAP defines AR open items as items that have not yet been cleared.Data CleansingWork with Finance/business and source-system teams to resolve invalid master-data references, incorrect payment terms, currencies, dates, reconciliation accounts and accounting assignments.Migration TestingPerform unit loads, mock migrations and cutover rehearsals and support SIT/UAT testing of migrated AR data.Error HandlingAnalyze Migration Cockpit/load errors, identify root causes, correct mapping/data/configuration issues and coordinate reloads.ReconciliationPerform record-count and financial reconciliation between legacy and S/4HANA by company code, customer, currency and other agreed dimensions.Business ValidationCoordinate migrated-data validation with Finance/AR business users and obtain formal business sign-off.CutoverDevelop the AR cutover migration plan, including extraction/freeze strategy, final load, validation, reconciliation and sign-off checkpoints.Hypercare
