• Provide technical support and advisory services to our business users in various departments with a focus on SAP FI, CO, MM, WM, PP, PS and OM (Finance, Controlling, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Project Management, Organization Management)
• Integration of other software and systems into the SAP environment, e.g. CRM, PLM
• Managing the change management process and performing functional, acceptance and integration tests within the SAP environment – working with users as appropriate
• Coordination of external consultants with IT and internal departmentsProject support and implementation of subprojects (SAP optimization projects, release and/or version change)
• Creating and implementing a Key User Program and supporting key users
• Performing general administrative tasks, e.g. ticket management, user account management, SAP authorizations and master data management
• Identify opportunities for optimizing business processes
• Conducting training courses and creating training material
