Job Purpose: Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP SD module. Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment to achieve client targeted business results. Job Responsibilities: ▪ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. ▪ Design configuration and testing. ▪ Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs. ▪ Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provide direction and leadership. ▪ Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. ▪ Cooperate with consultants from other modules such as FI/CO, PP, and MM ▪ Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards. ▪ Document any changes made on the life cycles. ▪ Knowledge transfer to other team members. ▪ Produce periodic work achievements to SAP Manager and communicate as appropriate. ▪ Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Job Skills and Abilities: - SAP configuration experience. - Working on S/4 HANA environment is a plus. - Deep Knowledge of Sales, Delivery and packing cycles. - Experience in Gap-Analysis - Excellent Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules. - Business knowledge and process design skills. - Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. - Strong organizational skills. - Able to collaborate with clients. - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload. - Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree. - Minimum of 2 full Live cycle implementations Job Special Requirements Expected working hours (please note if this role may require overtime) - Normal Working Hours from 8:30 Am till 5:30 PM and both role may require overtime. Official days off - Friday & Saturday. Gender preference (if any) for this role - Both Gender. Preferred notice period for the selected candidate - 1 Month Maximum. Contract type and expected duration (e.g., permanent, temporary, or project-based) - Permanent and renewed every year.
